Marrakech cuisine is grounded in local and seasonal produce. The Riad Star half day cookery course allows you to connect to a thousand year old folk tradition learning how to prepare, season and blend these authentic ingredients to best advantage.
Vist the local market to select ingredients, prepare two seasonal starters and one main dish which is normally a tagine.
You will join a group of between 2 and 8 people taught by a local chef. The course runs between 2pm and 6pm in the Riad Star teaching kitchen.
At the end of the afternoon you will enjoy eating the food you have produced with the other course participants.
